Imagistics • Advised company on communication strategy, wrote press materials and executive presentations to launch new spinoff company at major customer events.

Indigo • Provided communication consulting to chairman and CEO, wrote executive speeches for major customer events and wrote the company's first product and capabilities brochures.

JP Morgan Chase • Consulted on strategy, developed content and wrote a multimedia executive presentation that won the company the global custody business of a major U.S. airline.

KPMG • Wrote presentations and video scripts for the CEO and other senior executives to launch a new business strategy and new internal business processes. Researched and wrote white papers, case studies and executive presentations that articulated the company's consulting capabilities in select practices, such as cost-to-serve and supply chain management.

Omega Institute for Holistic Studies • Provided a range of public relations services to the nation's largest summer learning camp for adults. Developed, managed and executed PR programs to support on-campus programs as well as special events held annually in New York City and St. John, Virgin Islands.

Palo Alto Research Center (PARC) • Wrote articles for PARC's Website and magazine about the development and application of advanced technology and cutting-edge research into human-computer interaction, organizational dynamics, business culture and work process.

Pitney Bowes • Created, researched, wrote and produced a quarterly newsletter about the company's efforts to support the United Way.

The River Group • Managed public relations for a leading producer of entertainment trading cardsdeveloping and executing national PR plans, negotiating image use rights and managing the launch of four product lines, among them The Beatles, Elvis Presley and Barbie.

South Beach Beverages (SoBe) • Served as public relations consultant and manager; wrote press releases at the company's startup.

TIG Reinsurance • Interviewed executives, researched and wrote the company's annual report.

Towers Perrin • Wrote speeches for the CEO.

Vion Pharmaceuticals • Created the company's first Website, consulting on its strategic development, researching and writing all content and collaborating with a new media production company to produce it.

Xerox Corporate Advertising and Branding • Created Knowledge Park, an online resource and news service to help employees and customers understand and stay informed about developments in the Knowledge Management movement. Researched, collected, wrote and edited stories from global general circulation and trade media plus sources within the company and at other corporations, universities and research centers.

Xerox Corporate Communications Group • Created and produced Weblines, an online wire service of business, industry and general news for Xerox's 85,000 employees, published daily on the company's Intranet. Researched, solicited and managed all content; wrote and/or edited stories; sourced and edited images and multimedia; provided hyperlinks for drilldown information. Regular contributor to Xerox World, an employee magazine and Website, researching and writing packages of stories.

Xerox Corporate Strategy Group • Provided key articulation of the company's Knowledge Management (KM) strategy. Wrote speeches and executive presentations, white papers and bylined articles; covered KM industry events and uploaded live feeds to the company's Intranet. Established an email- and Web-distributed electronic newsletter, Knowledge Newsline—researching, writing, commissioning and editing all stories while providing hyperlinks for readers' further exploration.

Yale Alumni Magazine • Research and write stories on the arts for university alumni publication.

Yale University Art Gallery • Provided consulting to staff on how to communicate the value of the gallery's curatorial work and educational mission; created and wrote A Great Panorama, a booklet that told the stories of how the lives of ordinary people had been affected by their encounters with the artwork.
